celestial, divine, heavenly, otherworldly, of the sky
Caeleste is a Latin word meaning celestial, divine, heavenly, otherworldly, of the sky, etc. I named my shop Caeleste because I have always been inspired by the mysteries of Earth and the universe beyond. I am a Latin student, and in addition to finding the language deeply beautiful, I think it illuminates the ancient and mystical essence of nature that I want to capture in my paintings. Celestial landscapes were the focus of my AP Art portfolio this past year, and I am excited to continue my artistic exploration while also contributing to a meaningful cause.
100% of Caeleste profits will be donated to Special Spaces Illinois. Special Spaces is an organization that provides dream bedroom makeovers for kids with cancer and their siblings. I am a member of the Herzberger Special Spaces Junior Board and love working on bedroom makeovers, seeing firsthand the joy a new, personalized bedroom brings to children. My goal is to fund and work on a bedroom makeover by raising $5000 dollars through Caeleste.

I hope you will consider purchasing a painting from Caeleste. I will be continuing to add pieces throughout the summer, so check back often! You may also reach out through the contact page to commission a piece based off of your own photo.
